REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing event passes for the VC Founders Summit. By making a purchase, you agree to our refund policy, which applies to all event-related purchases, including digital event passes, consultation services, and event registrations.
No Refund Policy for Event Passes
The VC Founders Summit maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all event passes and related purchases. Once an event pass or registration is purchased, no refunds will be provided, regardless of circumstances. This policy applies to both online and offline events organized under the VC Founders Summit.
Our events require significant logistical planning and costs, and as such, vendors and service providers typically do not issue refunds to us. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds to attendees under any conditions.
Aspire Solutions’ Discretion
Although we have a strict No Refund Policy, Aspire Solutions, the parent company of the VC Founders Summit, reserves the right to offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. Any decision to offer a refund is at our sole discretion and will be considered based on the situation.
Transfer of Event Passes
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your event pass to another individual. To facilitate the transfer, please contact us at hello@aspiresolns.org with the necessary details. All requests for pass transfers must be submitted before the event date.
Refunds for Exceptional Cases
In cases where there are solid grounds for a refund without negligence or abuse, Aspire Solutions may issue a refund minus any transaction and processing fees.
