REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the VC Founders Summit website (vcfounderssummit.com), owned and operated by Aspire Solutions (aspireworlds.com). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final. VC Founders Summit maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Event passes (digital or physical)

  • Event registration fees

  • Consultation services

  • Sponsorship or vendor packages

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change in personal plans or schedule

  • Dissatisfaction with the event content or experience

  • Illness, travel issues, or weather-related conditions

  • Mistaken purchases

Event-related costs are paid to vendors in advance, and refunds cannot be issued due to the non-refundable nature of these commitments.

2. Event Cancellation

If the VC Founders Summit is canceled in its entirety by Aspire Solutions, a full refund minus any transaction or processing fees will be issued to all registered attendees. This is the only condition under which a refund will be granted.

3. Transfer of Passes

If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your pass to another individual. To request a transfer, please email us at hello@vcfounderssummit.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order details

  • Full name and email of the new attendee

All transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Although we maintain a strict no-refund policy, Aspire Solutions may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate transactions). If a refund is granted, it will:

  • Be subject to deductions for any applicable transaction or processing fees

  • Take 6–7 business days to reflect in the original payment method

All refund decisions are final.

5. Chargebacks

By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting our team. Aspire Solutions reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this Refund Policy.
